- After payment verification, we will let you know the date of shipment. Delivery takes 1-5 working days after shipment. We will not be able to provide tracking numbers in some instances since the courier never updates their website.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
As much as we would like to give you the best customer satisfaction, we hope that our product photos are enough to give justice to what we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 2-day return policy. But of course, shipping fee/s will be shouldered by the customer for the return/exchange. All items must be returned to us in a saleable condition and all goods must be returned unopened, unused, complete with their original, undamaged packaging, including any boxes & bag. Refunds will be given AFTER the items are returned to us in its original packaging.
