- Add an item to your cart by browsing through our website.
- Select the quantity of your order and then click “add to cart”
- Review items in your shopping cart (upper right hand side) and check if you ordered the correct items. Here, you can amend quantities and remove items you no longer require.
- Once done ordering, you may proceed to checkout.
- At checkout, please fill out the necessary information and select a shipping class (please refer to our Shipping Guidelines) and your mode of payment.
- Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. You may proceed with your payment
- Send us the proof of payment for verification, you may send it to cocoandtoffee@gmail.com
- After payment verification, we will let you know the date of shipment. Kindly allow 1-2 working days for payment verification and processing of orders. Delivery takes 1-5 working days after shipment. We will not be able to provide tracking numbers in some instances since the courier never updates their website.

Please be reminded that we are not 24/7 online, we are striving to give our customers the best possible service we can provide and your patience and understanding will be deeply appreciated. We will respond to your emails/messages on our most available time. We reply from bottom to top, please refrain from sending multiple messages as it will only delay everything.
I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDERS?
Yes, please send us a message for any changes or email cocoandtoffee@gmail.com. Changes made via viber/sms are not allowed. Changes are still subject to approval.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
As much as we would like to give you the best customer satisfaction, we hope that our product photos are enough to give justice to what we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 2-day return policy. But of course, shipping fee/s will be shouldered by the customer for the return/exchange. All items must be returned to us in a saleable condition and all goods must be returned unopened, unused, complete with their original, undamaged packaging, including any boxes & bag. Refunds will be given AFTER the items are returned to us in its original packaging.
